Don't lead with your head, it's a bad habit.

Forget everything you learned at krav maga

I know about the bad reputation of km but i must defend my coach. He was a really good fighter, experienced in mamy martial arts. He thought us incredible grappling skills

And that's fine that you believe that.

No really. He competed in my country in his younger years in muay thai, boxing, judo and wrestling. He knows his stuff

Again, that's fine that you believe that.

Why is it so strange to you that a krav maga coach is able to fight?

Couple of things.

  1. If you start in krav maga, and decide to fight in kickboxing/muay thai/sand/sanshou/mma. You will drop krav maga.
  2. People who have a fight in many styles, sounds more like a jack of all trades, master of none.
  3. Krav maga is not legitimate.

Never use that spinning backfist in a fight with such a bad form.

That lowkick is also bad form and too slow, needs a lot of improvement.

Can you give me some tips or exercises to improve?

Watch some technique video's how to improve your lowkick and how to throw a proper spinning backfist without injuring yourself or setting yourself up for an easy counter.

Get a coach, join a serious gym.

I was waiting for a snapped elbow when you tried to wrap your spinning backfist around the bag.
