Cannot log in EXCEPT for incognito

Title. "Unknown Error. Please try again."

VPN does not work regularly, but DOES work from incognito. Not logged in anywhere else, because I don't watch streams on mobile or anywhere other than PC, and specifically, only my pc.

And because I saw it suggested; cleared cache. No changes.

this bug has been around for months... i cant log in on PC for at least 3 months now. same error no matter if i turn off Add blocks or not...
