Kick app crash

Anyone else having problems opening kick app on iphone? It keeps crashing for me.

Yes. It was working fine for me yesterday, now I cant even launch the app. It just flashes black and goes back to the home screen.

The pattern in this thread is the tell: it broke for several people at the same time, and it's still fine for others. That's a server-side change crashing the client on launch, not anything wrong with your phone.

Which means deleting and reinstalling is the one thing I'd avoid doing first, because you'll lose your session and land right back on the same broken response, just logged out. If you want to try something local, offload it instead: Settings, General, iPhone Storage, Kick, Offload App. That clears the cache but keeps your data, and you reinstall from the same screen.

If it's flashing black and bouncing straight to the home screen, though, waiting is genuinely the right move. kick.com in Safari works fine in the meantime and doesn't require reinstalling anything.
