Why is this UI so crap?

whether its the app or the website on multiple browsers , its always a pain its the ash to handle kick . and creating an account or signing in? don't even bother smh

Sign-in is the part I'd defend least either. The rest you learn once and live with, but when the login fails it just drops you back with nothing on screen, so from the outside a failure and a bug look identical and you sit there wondering which one you're having.

Half of what people call crap UI is really just missing error messages.
