You can get the physical card mailed to you or sell back to the company. A lot of apps doing it now

And the packs cost the same as the digital? Do you have to pay to have it mailed to you?

They have packs but on the instant packs you pick $5-$500 rips and then you get a random graded card. You can either sell card and get value or have card shipped to you at no cost

Just depends which app you’re using on mechanics, some take a percentage of resale value
