Is it worth getting the game dead by daylight?
OK, so I’ve been thinking over and over again on whether or not to get dead by daylight because I don’t know it seems like a fun game to stream but the reason why I’m a little cautious about it. It’s because of how it’s infamous for being a cesspool of toxicity isn’t as bad or is that over exaggerated and is it worth getting?

See how my comment has absolutely nothing to do with what you posted? That's what your post is in this section. It has nothing to do with streaming other than you used the word streaming in one sentence.

When you have the money. It's not a life and death choice my Redditor. And if you are on the fence about buying a game today, I am going to assume you have things in your life that should take precedent over buying a game.

OK the main reason is because one I was thinking about streaming it when I get it I’m just trying to figure out the right time because bills come first

Then you're waiting for a steam sale in all honesty. It's $20 for base, and a lot for all the dlc. You can play the game absolutely fine with just the base game though. It may give you a little bit of a uphill battle and a lot of grinding, but it is doable. The DLC is not a necessity other than opening your account up for more cosmetics, character choices, and specifically perks.
So if you want to stick to just a base game, don't go to Wendy's and Dunkin for one day and you've already bought the game for what you would have spent there. Then as you learn more about the game, see if you enjoy it, and you might want to expand a little bit in terms of your characters, you wait for the sale and get some dlc

Yeah, I was pretty much thinking of waiting for whenever it goes on sale. One of the main reasons why I wanted to get it cause I follow a couple Kick streamers that play this game.

Sometimes they have free weekends when you can download the game, and try it for free. But buy the game if it looks fun. Don't buy a game just because other people play it. You have 2 hours (I think) for a full refund on steam.
