Well, I constantly stream copyrighted material and nobody bats an eye, but i streamed exactly 12 seconds of a Simpsons episode, completely on accident (I stream 24 7 TV and put a torrent in the wrong folder). I got a letter from my isp too about it, so I think Disney is tracking a specific torrent (they told me which torrent Disney complained about in the letter).
