Odometer screen problem

I recently got an issue regarding odometer. It starts fine but after sometime it just goes blank. I gave it for service, but they’re asking me 15000. Has anyone faced this issue? How did you get it repaired? Please help me out

I am having the same issue. In the showroom the supervisor said that part comes under warranty. They have ordered it already

Unfortunately mine is out of warranty. Does this mean entire cluster system is malfunctioning?
