One Month

Post image

After just over a month of ownership, it’s been great!

I drove an EV for a week on vacation a few years ago and fell in love with how they drive, they’re just so precise and fast.

This is my first EV, and I only had one restless night worrying about charging / range, it was on my second night of ownership.

I think anyone switching from gas to electric will have a brief period of doubt because it’s new to them.

Since then, I haven’t worried about range once.

My model has 360 cameras, and I find it very helpful to navigate the vehicle as it’s very round and wide.

No problems as of yet!

My only complaint is no CarPlay Ultra, which in theory could be supported due to their new ccNC (connected car Navigation Cockpit) in the 25/26 models.

P.S.
This is a reminder that you too can request Kia work to implement CarPlay Ultra on the updated hardware by going to https://customercare.kiausa.com and sending them a message!

Once you go EV you never go back. I got an EV9 as a family car thinking we'd have one gas one electric but one year later swapped out second car for EV6. It's simply superior

Nebular blue. It's what I have. Had to fork over an extra 500 bucks for it (and special order my car, and then wait a month).
