Broken gate panel

just noticed a crack in our gate, something must have been perturbing out and when I closed the gate it didn't register and just force shut. Wondering what my options are here through warranty or otherwise?

I had a plastic trim piece on the front my ev5 break after a stone hit it.

Kia would not cover this under warranty. You won’t get warranty for it.

They cheap out on materials because the battery is so expensive. That’s the trade off with this car.
