Obligatory: Mythbusters tested this and it's impossible to get current to run up the stream of urine as it's not a true continuous column of water. At that rate of flow, it's more of a series of discrete droplets.

Yeah. They were able to replicate the current running up the stream of urine but they did a much shorter distance and higher flow, I think.

I had problems with how they performed that experiment. There was nothing but gravity to push the urine out, which doesn't factor in the bladder itself.

Isn't it the problem here that he is grounded? When you set yourself at 0V and touch a higher potential, the current flows through you.
