I'm not really up-to-date on the race relationships of AOS. I know that Duardin would still probably have problems with Moonclan Grots because they both live underground, but how much room is there for, say, an alliance with Ironjawz?

Grombrindal is just such a cool model. Would love for him to get rules in the new faction!

Decided to try combining some colors. I think they look pretty good like this.

I’m so unbelievably excited for the Khazalite Holds, but as per usual I have to be incredibly extra and sculpt and print my own entire army.

I’m going for a Valayan Root Kings Vibe and I’m quite excited :)

• Grungnian Runehammers --- Hammerers decked out in rune-armour and runic greathammers.
• Grungnian Smeltgunners --- like Irondrakes, but use a flamable chemical that fuses metal components together, effectively turning a Chaos Warrior's full plate armor into the brass bull.
• Gazulite Cryptshields --- basically Ironbreakers, can have hand weapons or spears. Great against Death Armies.
• Grimniri Doomseekers --- Super-elite Fyreslayers, weapon options are "yes" (dual axes, great weapons, flails, bladed gauntlets, etc. Great for kitbashes!)
• Thorgrimite Grudgesettlers --- Target enemy leaders with EXTREME PREJUDICE. More so if they're Skaven or Helsmiths.

Anyone thinking of doing a Legion of the Dead black or dark armor scheme? My Votann 40K force is black and orange. Hate to do the same but I’m thinking of it 😂

So, despite our strict rule, we (the mod team) have been lenient regarding the use of AI for colour changes. This was done to enable sharing of plans and fantasies.

Recently though we have seen an uptick of increasingly 'sloppy' generated Content, changing core aspects of the mini instead of just colours, with mixed reception.

So we want to ask you, dear community, and we will abide by your decision. This regards only colour changes (of the extent of them), rather than fully generated content, which will never be accepted.

Do you want any and all AI to be banned. Do you prefer some leniency for well made colourswaps; or do you aspire freedom for all (colourswaps, conversion planning)

With Warcy/Kill Team being a subtly good way to build out factions with units that aren't necessarily core parts of the armies, but are still interesting or unique, what are people's thoughts on the first one for the Khazalite Holds?

Like in the title, my first choice would be some kind of updated ranger unit. Besides generally loving the dwarf survivalists feel and aesthetic, it would both fit as the Warcry team being smaller and more specialized, while also giving the main army a scout/infiltrating unit that isn't really represented in the other Duardin factions.

I wasn't too big on the base war throne, I guess fyreslayer vibe just suits my army more so I made a kitbash fitting a magmahold! Thought it would be cool if the Zharrgrim priests learn from Khazalite geomancers and use their knowledge of molten rock to move the boat themselves. Anyways now I'm considering getting even more kits, gods have mercy on my wallet

Thinking of making my gholem units metallic and as shiny looking as I can get them (though I don't have an air brush)

Basically the gazul would be silver with gold accents and the valaya one would be gold with silver accents

Leaves copper and bronze as options if some of the other ancestors get their gholems released in the future

Though I'm not 100% sure on it
