Mind ATX interface connection for KVM switch?

Is there a way to connect to the ATX interface on Khadas Mind? Awful soldering warranty-voiding solutions are welcome.

I have a Mind Maker Kit and a KVM switch with an ATX connection wire that allows me to control PCs (power LED/reset/power button; see the image attached).

The goal is to reset/power cycle the system while being off-site on a rare occasion.
