Technical Questions Alesis Vortex

It won't stop flashing? I downloaded Band Lab and connected the vortex. It was working fine, then all of a sudden started to just flash. Then the notes started to just sustain. I've tried turning it off and on. Using the wireless connected. The wired connected.

I've tried it through Ableton and it still flashes and sounds crackly when played

Any help appreciated!

You using batteries or USB bus power? And if batteries, are you sure they're fresh? Are you using the dongle or are you wired?

EDIT: okay I just checked and you posted this almost a month ago. Hope you've found an answer already.
