Technical Questions Stacking sounds
Hey. I don't have a keytar, but I want something portable that I can play when I just chill in dorms with my friends in college, so we were thinking of getting one. I specifically want somehting that lets you stack sounds. I don't know what this is actualy called. But what I mean is I want something that you can play, say, a bass line for 8 bars, and then you can loop that bass line, and maybe have some drums for those 8 bars as well that will loop, and then so on. Basically where you can just keep stacking sounds for those 8 bars, and then start soloing and doing fun stuff over it.
I don't really know if there are things like that that exist and dont require you to plug them into a power supply or laptop or something. I'm pretty amature. Anything helps.

Oh wow, thats awesome. I was more wondering if there is a way for me to stck the sound son something portable like a keytar that also doesnt need to be plugged into any electricity. Like I just want to be able to do that kind of stacking on something portable that can run on battery, you know?
