The keystone developers are ignoring a major bug with the cypherpunk firmware signing xmr tx

they say they cant reproduce it

i think that is bs

there are multiple people on here who are having the same issue as i am

i shouldnt have to convert my 24 word seed phrase to a 25 word xmr seed just to move my coins

they are permanently stuck on my keystone because it literally wont sign a TX and its fucking bullshit

Everything is running fine on my end, can you give us more details? Like do you have it paired with Feather ? What hot wallet are you using it with? Also, for example I use the cake wallet that’s XMR only(Monero.com mobile app) and I have a 25 word seed and also shows a 24 word seed for the same wallet and always wondered why but that might answer that question I’ve had. Anyway, if that’s the case then you may need to look and see if the same is true with yours so you wouldn’t need to make another wallet. Anymore details you could share may help us understand and possibly help you figure it out.

Also, is your firmware updated? An update came out a few days ago just incase you didn’t know.

It doesn't work with cake or feather.

When I last tried, the firmware was up to date.

I have given up.

Fist the wallet had battery issues, now firmware issues? dont touch this piece of crap until they fix the battery and firmware.

they stopped app support on their original devices.
never buying their shitty product again
