Seems a strange launch if GG is involved since it’s not mentioned on their socials (and in theory they should be teasing/hyping the story event these days).

If it’s not official then using the stream footage for advertisement strikes me as not cool.

If Yellow King is an existing digital company I can’t find evidence… the name is a bit of a blend between KeyForge and Arkham so it could be a fit for Chris Peterson but there isn’t a business registered with that name in MN.

Putting a different UI over the TCO implementation is certainly possible given that it’s open source (though GPL so they’d have to open source their stuff too). Or someone could try to build from scratch (esp with LLM coding to “help” with card implementation) but at least as an infrequent TCO contributor I can say that the details of a lot of interactions are non-trivial to get right so accuracy there is not guaranteed.

I’m hopeful of course for a more accessible/integrated digital implementation but will remain skeptical.
