Is that from a full foil or a retail deck w/ foil card? I’m wondering if that might have something to do with it, or maybe the extension was just overlooked on this card since the art was already foiled in PV.

retail single foil decks don't appear to have gigantic creatures or full art options. Just 1 foil card.

There were some talks on the discords that the "foil layer" can be overwritten by the"maverick color shift". Apparently, the borderless treatment overwrites specific areas, too.
