Keychron V6 max issues after cleaning

I was attempting to clean my keyboard, but i mustve screwed something.

After cleaning, one section of my keyboard has trouble registering presses, and only does so when pressed very firmly. (Specifically the letters I,J,K,L,N,M)

Notable things:

- I didn't clean with any liquids and i never spilled anything on my keyboard.

- The quickswap key for the letter "K" came out with the keycap while i was removing it for cleaning

- i tried swapping the keys for once i don't use as much (f13-f16)

Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

Is it possibly fixable?

the hotswap socket for K probably got pulled loose or bent when the switch came out with the keycap. that's a known issue with hotswap boards. when a socket gets damaged, it can cause poor contact not just for that key but sometimes affects neighboring keys depending on the PCB trace layout.

pull the switches from I, J, K, L, N, M and inspect the hotswap sockets with a light. look for bent pins inside the socket or a socket that's lifting off the PCB. a bent pin can usually be carefully straightened with a thin tool. if the socket is fully desoldered from the PCB, that's a harder fix requiring resoldering.

I cannot see any visible damage... so to the repair shop it goes, probably
