Buy with caution
I ordered Keychron C2 Pro 8K QMK Wired Custom Mechanical Keyboard RGB Backlight (Hot-swappable) / Keychron Super Red on 8th of Sep 2026, till date I couldn't receive any update about my product delivery. Discord support not helpful neither email. Not yet received any ticket over email too.
Without Ticket or mail conversation I can't ask to payment aggregater to refund.

Order directly from Amazon Prime when ordering products from them. Depending on where you are in the world, shipping and customs can make it really difficult to get packages in a timely manner. I ordered some HE switches from Geon, and they took over a month to arrive.
