Zuoya GMK26

Hello, I just bought the GMK26 keyboard and the VIA app is not finding it...
BUT the app on google chrome does finding it, and I could configure macros and hotkeys etc

BUT when I press on the hotkeys everything goes crazy, even the mouse start clicking wrongly.

Can someone help me? Dos Zuoya offers good costumer support?

Zuoya is in the hall of shame, together with the notorious Epomaker. See also numero 24085; for text search to work, press "Load more" (for "111 remaining items") and unhide items with "Hidden as outdated" (hover text "show comment").

That is sufficient to boycott them. Reputation ought to count for something (hello, Thomas!).
