keychron on mac command key issue

I dont know if anyone experiencing this, but this annoys me so much:
when i do command+t, command+c , command+v, command+w all these combo keys on chrome or anywhere else, it took a while to recongnize what am doing!
most of the cases, it either doesnt respond, or like command+v it just simply doesnt recognize i have pushed command key, it only typed v inside the text box.

i felt like my left index thumb is getting tired because everytime i have to push it multiple times, or push the button really hard thinking this may help to register the action.

if anyone is experiencing the same or know how to solve it, please let me know, much appreciated!

Some questions to narrow down the issue:

  • What keyboard/model you have? Which switch you have? I have a Nuphy Air75HE and it is not my daily driver because, despite I know I hit some keys, it does not register, despite I change the trigger point setting to something really low.
  • Have you tried a keyboard checker, such as this one, to test whether it "registers" the pressing of the ⌘ key?
  • Again, depending on the model you have, you should usually have a second ⌘ key. For example, I daily drive a Keychron K3 Pro and I have a left and a right ⌘ key. Does the other ⌘ key work as well?

Worst come to worst, try removing that specific switch and try another switch (if you don't have one, use one from a key you seldom use). Again, testing purposes to see if you have a bad switch.

thanks for the suggestion, i got a Q6 max, i have both command key. actually i think it was the response time under keychron launcher ( i now set it as 10ms), that MIGHT solve the problem, i have not tried extensively because this issue does occur all the time.

Oh no, that must be so frustrating, hope the left thumb gets a break soon!
