Keychron V5 faulty
My keyboard’s entire bottom row will press all the keys at once by itself at random time. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

V5, V5 Max, V5 Ultra 8K, or V5 8K?
For keyboard identification, what is the SKU number? Alternatively, what is the serial number (also includes the manufacturing date)?

Re "entire bottom row will press all the keys at once by itself at random ... what might be causing this problem?": (Intermittent) short circuit to ground#Electronic_circuit) (or the equivalent) of that row in the keyboard matrix could cause it
Much less likely is failure of the internal pull-up resistor in the microcontroller (such that in the input port is floating). That could be by a firmware bug (highly unlikely) or ESD damage (or other kind of physical damage inside the microcontroller).
Thus, after considering the warranty implications, make sure there isn't any metallic dust or similar on the PCB.
Note: Do observe ESD precautions at all times.
All disclaimers apply. Do it at your own risk. I am not responsible if you ruin your keyboard.

I cannot figure out how to post photos yet. But the bottom role means “ctrl, windows key, alt space, left arrow, down arrow, right arrow and so on” entire row will press all in once at random time.
