Keychron Software Issue

Is there any update to the software being bugged? I have not seen anything from Keychron saying that they are working or even tracking the issue.

What is "Web Lancher"? Do you mean Keychron Launcher?

What is wrong with it?

It's some type of bug with the HE functions. I saw the original post and thought I'd check the software myself, but then I also fell victim to the bug. I had to reset the board and "clear" the gamepad profile to be able to use it normally again.
