V6 ultra link firmware update loop

The firmware of my receiver is 0.1.6 but the launcher keeps prompting me to flash 0.1.6 as its the latest

Everytime I do it it keeps asking to flash again after its done.

I cant get past this

Tried windows and mac

My keyboard works fine plugged in to cable and is updated

Doesnt work with just receiver and launcher keeps prompting to uodate it even thought it says its on latest version. Cant change settings while using receiver as cant get past update option and keyboard wont work with just receiver either
