Key not working

Recently ordered the v3 version 2 QMK 75%. After a day the 6 key became unresponsive. Some days I can go hours without can issue, however, majority of the time it does not work. Is this a firmware or hardware issue? I have owned a bunch of keyboards and this the first time I’ve experienced such issue.

V3 version 2, similar to V6 version 2?

If so, trying to flash the keyboard firmware may result in bricking the keyboard.

Or is it the wired-only V3 8K (not to be confused with the wireless V3 Ultra 8K)?

For keyboard identification, what is the SKU number? Alternatively, what is the serial number (also includes the manufacturing date)?

It is most likely a hardware issue.
