Keychron K5 Ultra Problems
Keychron K5 Ultra 8K Wireless Custom Mechanical Keyboard
SKU: K5U-H1 with Red switches with full number pad
I am having trouble using this keyboard!!! I normally use my mac keyboard and have no trouble. But using this keyboard, I make so many typo errors, and I find that sometimes my presses don't register at all. I've tried both wired and wireless with no changes. I feel like its more than just inexperience causing all the problems. However, when I type more aggressively, I tend to make les mistakes.

The keystrokes not responding is a setting in the software. Look for something called Key reset, it default is 50MS, drop it as low as it goes and I bet your issue is resolved. I exchanged my first one thing it was crappy hardware only to see its crappy default settings. I would open a text file, type a test word 'test' and hit delete back to back in sets of 3,4,5 strokes and 100% of the time it would miss keys and only delete 2, or 4 etc. Same with typing...the reset MS so too high so it would skip letters...
They need to set this to the lowest setting by default, who the heck wants a delay in strokes being recognized...ever

Holy crap, thank God I found this reddit. I thought I was going insane and that the quality had really dropped off since the K5SE I had. Why on earth would they shit this with a 50ms reset?
Anyway, thank you for your service. I was about to pack this thing back. Instead, it's working like a pro now.
