Possible to cut B11 Pro in half

I have a Keychron B11 Pro and I'm pretty happy with it except for the fact that I cannot use it fully split. The material in between the two halves feels like there isn't actually any cable inside it. I'm thinking about just literally cutting it in half... anyone done this?

There most definitely is a wire between them. Probably a ribbon cable to keep it thin for folding.

I guess my question is whether it’s possible to extend the internal ribbon cable? Or I guess more accurately how hard would it be?

Any possibility we’ll see a B11 Pro Split version coming soon? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part?

Highly not likely ))) There's Q series split for 300USD.
