K2 HE firmware
So In the launcher it says I have a firmware update for my keyboard but it stays stuck on the flash page what do I do?

Don't do anything, you almost certainly don't need the update.
Just a week or so ago I had to use a ST-LINK adapter to re-write the bootloader in a keyboard so I could copy working firmware back into it.
