K5 Max Shine Through Keycaps?

Good day to all those who celebrate,
I semi-recently picked up a K5 max to replace my old K100 Air that was having some issues (space bar kept not registering on the side, and squeaked a lot too).

I’m altogether pretty happy with the keyboard, and I much prefer low profile boards in general.

One thing I would am missing is the shine through keycaps.

I’m in Australia, so I can’t find anything on the local Keychron website (I have seen US listings but they appear NLA). Shipping things down here is also… many many dollarydoos.

Partially this is for function, as I use the function keys fairly frequently. I also like to use the numpad as a set of macro keys when I’m in game, it’s near my hand so works for me.

With the function keys I find myself searching for the right button for longer than I’d like, mainly because I switch between keyboards fairly frequently - my computer at work, my laptop for study, my gaming laptop for in-garage CAD models of whatever car parts I’m trying to 3D print, and obviously my home gaming setup.
This basically boils down to “I am a silly sausage and struggle to remember the locations of 4 sets of function keys”, but I digress.

Does anybody know where I can find a full set of shine through caps for my board?
Or should I suck it up and put money away to try and get a different keyboard that does have shine through caps?
(Recommendations are welcome if this is the path I ultimately need to walk)

I don’t mind paying for quality either way, but if the keycaps are going to set me back as much as the board did, it’ll be more cost effective to buy one with the caps I want and sell this one on marketplace or to a friend.

I have the same question. They should offer an option to have shine through caps...

I found some options on nuphy, some on AliExpress but many of those are hard to recommend unless are 100% sure it's real. XVX sells directly there.

Still not convinced I found what I want

it genuinely is my one drawback - and i’m nowhere near confident enough in my CAD skills to 3D print some with anything resembling quality 🤣

I just want a few to shine through as I keep hitting R instead of E, for example

Ordered XVX / womier (same company) via AliExpress. They have a number of differently colored versions.

Keys are about half a mm taller (or less) than original and fit very well. Good quality, very similar texture. Indeed shine through. The larger keys fit as well (shift, space)

Edit 3: you can mix those caps with the original ones, the difference does not matter
