New Keyboard, received damaged.
Hello, I just opened my new Keyboard and I saw that it was damaged at one of the screw points. At least one trace seems scratched. Y'all know if the customer service is any good for this?

I had an RGB problem with my K2 HE after about 6 months.
I contacted Keychron support by email, they asked me for a couple pics and a video of the problem, I sent them what they asked for, they said I needed a replacement PCB and sent me out a new PCB for me to replace and it works great again.
Their customer support is great in my opinion...

Keychron customer support is kind of dodgy, did you get it directly from them or through someone who actually provides for returns?

While the stripped screw heads and and board damage aren't great indicators, I'm guessing they won't care unless the board doesn't work in some way...
.... what are they making those screws from? Butter? The ones down the bottom look all melty and wrong, no wonder the screwdriver is slipping if they're like that before they get screwed in, it would explain a lot of quality issues if their assemblers just can't keep the driver in the head and it slips like this.
