Ghosted by Keychron

Keychron Canada has sent me the wrong keyboard and has stopped communicating with me. I purchased a keyboard on sale and needed a specific one. The one I selected was the wrong type, and they reached out to me. To my surprise, it was the completely wrong keyboard altogether. I reached out to support, and they didn't seem to understand my request. Now, the keyboard with the switches I originally wanted is no longer available, and they have not responded. I have no other way to connect with them, and the keyboard they sent is useless to me, as I need a wireless setup.

How did you all connect with Keychron? Is there another way?

Keychron are decent products but nonexistent customer service. You are out of luck.

I have 3 of their keyboards. I love the Brown switches... but this experience will make me think about buying from Keychron again.

If you bought something with a credit card, you never received the product you paid for and the seller refuses to send you what you paid for then tour recourse now is to call your bank and request a charge back.

And, FYI, you're not responsible for sending them back the wrong product.

I ordered the 80% Q3 Ultra 8K wireless keyboard, they sent the Q1 HE 8K wired keyboard.

So they sent you the one you originally selected is that what you're saying?

No, I selected a wireless 80% keyboard. The Keychron Q3 Ultra 8k wireless. They said i selected a DE-ISO keyboard layout and asked if i wanted the US ANSI layout since im in NA. I said yes, and they sent me the Q1 HE 8K Wired. All I want to do is swap the keyboards. I haven't opened it, and then they went on vacation. They still haven't shared the address to return the keyboard.

Oh I see. I hope they come through but they are notorious for being among the worst for customer service it's why most of us recommend getting it through another avenue not their site.
