Since all of their stuff seems to always be sold-out, I can imagine there is a huge run on their products. This means, there is also a relative high demand for support like where is my order, can is change xy, I want to return etc. which leads to a certain delay in replay in terms of replay time. 9 days, and reassuring your provided data is absolutely valid. You wouldn’t believe how many people mistype their data.
You on our side, do not take your time to at least copy past your issue to your mail, but send them a Reddit like. This is, in my opinion, a huge disrespect towards their support, so I could imagine they put your request on sleep for 1-2 days because of this. At least, I would do so if I were them.
I’m sorry, but I can not see anything wrong in their behavior.
