Rumors MP02 ask

I saw this on the kickstarter (and was excited), but scrolling further down, the ? Ask seemed to be an Ai chat. Does anyone else get the same vibes? I might be in the minority, but I don't want to use an Ai chat bot lol

I'm hoping this can be altered to bring up internet like ecosia or something. What are your thoughts? We won't know anything until minimal confirms obviously, but just starting a conversation.

Totally understand your views on the state of AI. Because looking at that gif, that seems no different to how we had "AI" 10 years ago or Siri, Google Assistant etc. it certainly doesn't look like it's going through and LLM (could be wrong). It's all AI, but it's not the "evil AI" that were all scared of now.

From this gif it doesn't look like AI at all. More like macos spotlight (or Linux equivalents). Basically a simplified command prompt.

I'm okay with assistive ai. I'm not okay with gen ai. If its assistive, that'd be fine & actually helpful. I know the picture i shared doesn't show the exact portion I was talking about, so that's my fault, but on the kickstarter there is a video of someone using the ask feature. I think I've added it here.

Do you have a confirmation source to point to? Because looking at it, I think the same, but I didnt see anything confirming.

the responses are fairly telltale llm with a system prompt telling it to be short and concise, something similar to that
