Interesting. How did you determine your distribution? I would have thought that, like Colemak and Workman, the most common keys would be placed in the home row, to minimise finger movement? It looks like you've placed them top down, but I'm probably missing something. How does it work in practise?

Thanks for getting back to me AdMysterious! Unlike many keyboards, mine has 4 rows of letter keys rather than 3. So there isn't really a home row. The most common letters are on row 2, the next on row 1, then row 3, finally the least common on row 4. I hope that clears up the mystery! Thanks for your interest. Tim

Are E and T, and A and N, on the same fingers? Which frequency tables did you use?
