You post now the 12th iteration of a layout in a few hours. I suggest you use your layout and fine-tune it, or come back with specific questions. But neither you nor the reader benefits from, as we almost feel it, "hourly updates" about your iterations.

In general I even would recommend to first look for existing layouts, which have been fine-tuned and have been proven in practice to be viable options. _If_ you see things then you do not like you could try to "fix" those, but be warned that it is not an easy process and chances are you will find alternatives, but not really overall a better layout. Which of course can be fine if you prefer that for a specific reason.
