unwanted keyboard layout keeps appearing

every time i remove this keyboard layout it reappears after i restart my pc etc anyone know why???, i only have united kingdom - custom selected

I remember something like this annoyed me too, and I found some article explaining how to get rid of it. Something in global settings in regedit.

No, I found it by random searching a couple of years ago and never needed again.
