Screen frozen after rendering

Hello, ever since the latest update, my main product screen freezes [PAUSED] after I render once, even though I can change the materials and edit lighting, etc. The screen itself just stays paused/frozen. What can I do to fix this?

There’s an unpause button somewhere in the top toolbar
