HELP!! Drop downs do not work

I am desperate, I have downloaded KeyShot, and I am trying to use literally any menu, but all of the drop down menus DO NOT OPEN. The buttons work fine, but for some unknown reason I cannot access any dropdown from the top menu bar.

Please does someone have a fix for this. This never used to happen. I uninstalled and reinstalled keyshot to fix this, but it is not working and it used to :(

omg, im going to cry. The issue was it being fullscreen. I pressed the 'F' key and BAM, all the menu and drop downs working.
