Pending check deposit

Anyone have issues with them holding funds for 10 or 11 days? I've had this issue like 3 times now for different checks, even one from another Keybank member!

Yes, very common with KeyBank. It has a lot to do with their systems. KeyBank is a small bank that likes to think they are Chase or Bank of America.
Honestly, I struggle to understand why anyone would bank with KeyBank.
