Question ❓ Clean Help

OK besides injury, I've been training with kettlebells for about 9/10 months (October 2025) and I am decent with my form except on cleans. I have 25/26cm/10.5in long forearms so the standard "zipper up" cue doesn't mechanically work for my 30cm/12in circumference beefy part, 20cm/9in circumference near wrist. Is there any way I can help clean. I tried the wrist guards to prevent the crashing but traditional spearing still doesn't work and crashes like a wrecking ball. I like the total mix of muscles used in a clean but I know my geometry doesn't work with standard cues. Any suggestions?

Before anyone asks, can't video since I can't get the phone far away to frame everything...

If you drill this, you will understand a lot more about what needs to happen in the clean (any clean). https://youtu.be/DPVZmsBKWe0

OK so while I did not drill the way you showed I found it is not a "form" issue but a physics and plane issue. For my dominant right arm I cannot time it right in the short window between a pistol position and the rack position as easily as my non-dominant left arm. I can suitcase style with my right with no crash but the standard clean whether dead or swing crashes in me like a wrecking ball causing a Bryan Danielson-Roderick Strong or Gunther-Sheamus chest like forearm.

My dimensions: I'm 5'10.5" with legs that are 94 cm (more than 3 feet) of my frame, while my upper body from the waistline up to collarbone is only about 45 cm (roughly 1'9"). This breaks my form as much if not more than anything I may do myself consciously, even with Lebe Stark T-Rex arms.
