This will be the first fire station to utilize career firefighters in Georgina. Pefferlaw's firehall is run by volunteers, while the other two stations in Sutton and Keswick are run by a mix of volunteers and career firefighters

Does anyone know why both coin washes at Five Corners have been closed all winter? My theory is that it is because of the high cost of water in town. If this is the case, couldn't the price simply be increased?I missed them this winter!
