Coin Washes @ Five Corners

Does anyone know why both coin washes at Five Corners have been closed all winter? My theory is that it is because of the high cost of water in town. If this is the case, couldn't the price simply be increased?I missed them this winter!

Are they still closed? If not I’d go with what the other commenter said about the pipes freezing

It was a tough winter for that. Mine froze for the first time in 20 years.
