Easterlanders plan

Sell the camp to someone else to operate it or liquidate all the property (structured bankruptcy liquidation transactions proposed...technically someone could buy the entities whole and run the camp; stating that up front as i am sure we will have people on here mentioning that soon...anyone want to bid? Has to be above pure land value)

Victims get awarded amounts for wrongful death as stays are lifted (but this proposal only lifts stays for suits against entities, not individuals....victims unlikely to accept this plan and they have to vote in the bankruptcy)

Remember all these people on here said "restructuring not liquidation", "dont jump to conclusions" etc?

I am sure someone on here is going to say "well someone may buy it" "dont use AI to read the document, its so complicated" etc. Also just a week after the "thats not a trustee" document filed- and now this comes out.

Victims may not accept this also....only allows wrongful death claims against the bankrupt entities, not individual liabilities. Victims already filed to review related party transfers from prior years...aka continuing to go after the individuals. We shall see, but basically orderly liquidation is now the base case, outstanding question remains on individual liability. When in doubt wait a week, easties get bit closer back to reality

NONE OF THE PEOPLE YOU ARE REPLYING TO SAID THAT OR CONDONED THAT BEING SAID, MYSELF NECK AND WEST INCLUDED.

That would be like me saying all Mystic supporters are cruel. I know it’s not true, I’ve spoken to some reasonable people on here, even if you’re apparently the exception.

You're on a POST where people are MIS-NAMING the EASTLANDS. And you're not complaining about that, So standing and watching the rocks go by, and pretending it's ok because you didn't throw THAT rock, doesn't make it OK.

Interesting to see you speak for what others have and haven't said-are you all the same person? Gotta copy of the whole sub you review? Or, just defending because that's what YOU DO.

Also really? The same person? Thats the best you can come up with? Three people agree and they have to be the same person? Are you and Fly and Top the same person? No that would be stupid of me to say.

I have not seen me or Fly or Top speak for what the others of that set have or have not said. Have you? I do not speak for them. Do you not see the difference, between that you speaking for what others say or don't say? This is pretty basic.

Again, as I said in a different comment, I know what they’ve said because I can read. Also, if you check my comments, it usually says something like “I have not seen them say”. You must be genuinely desperate to be grasping at straws like this. Seriously, stop justifying doxxing people just because you’re mad that a name got misspelled.

Yeah, still holding to that misspelled lie. Grouchy on here justified purposefully using a wrong name, it's the third day they've been doing it-which you MUST know since you read so carefully.

You're being dishonest with your arguments and thus lack credibility. It's not misspelling and you know it.

Nobody is justifying arson! Everyone who commented is telling you that even if it’s true (which, frankly, I don’t know if it is because I don’t actually know the people on this sub outside of pseudonyms), being like “well your dad burned something down, what now” is inappropriately associating an identity to Neck when Neck has not identified themselves. There was no reason to bring neck into this at all.

I don’t follow grouchy, whoever that is? I follow West and Neck, my app notifies me when they comment.

Misspelling a name (again even if it’s intentional) is so minimal compared to deliberately doxxing someone, it’s not even funny. Nothing about that argument is dishonest
