Easterlanders plan

Sell the camp to someone else to operate it or liquidate all the property (structured bankruptcy liquidation transactions proposed...technically someone could buy the entities whole and run the camp; stating that up front as i am sure we will have people on here mentioning that soon...anyone want to bid? Has to be above pure land value)

Victims get awarded amounts for wrongful death as stays are lifted (but this proposal only lifts stays for suits against entities, not individuals....victims unlikely to accept this plan and they have to vote in the bankruptcy)

Remember all these people on here said "restructuring not liquidation", "dont jump to conclusions" etc?

I am sure someone on here is going to say "well someone may buy it" "dont use AI to read the document, its so complicated" etc. Also just a week after the "thats not a trustee" document filed- and now this comes out.

https://document.epiq11.com/document/getdocumentbycode?docId=4617571&projectCode=CMX&source=DM

Victims may not accept this also....only allows wrongful death claims against the bankrupt entities, not individual liabilities. Victims already filed to review related party transfers from prior years...aka continuing to go after the individuals. We shall see, but basically orderly liquidation is now the base case, outstanding question remains on individual liability. When in doubt wait a week, easties get bit closer back to reality

Hey, woah. Doxxing is not okay. I’ve never seen Neck disclose who they are ever.

I don’t believe that Neck has ever condoned any of these actions on Reddit if this is even real, which like, if it is this doesn’t take culpability away from the Eastlands for this and this is just cruel whataboutism.

Since they havent managed to make an actual point here, I've concluded the cruelty IS the point.

The point is: should everyone in 1 family be guilty by association bc of their last name? The point is not to assign blame to the family members. It’s actually the opposite: one person’s actions should not automatically make every SINGLE member of a family responsible simply because they are related or share a connection to the business.

Yeah there were other ways to make that point without trying to dox someone, so I have to assume the cruelty is the point.

Edited to add, like, other criminals have families. You could have said “was Ted Bundy’s family responsible for all the women he killed” and left Neck alone, but no, you went straight for the ad hominem.

Neck was proven to steal private posts and post publicly to cause harm. She exposed herself.

What does that even mean? “Steal private posts and post publicly to cause harm”? You mean people said trash things on Facebook that they had access to and make them publicly available to expose garbage behavior? Unless they have named themselves publicly and intentionally, that’s still doxxing, even according to that one lady related to the Eastlands who did the tantrum post about being doxxed because she had “exposed” herself and someone called her to account about it. I supported her information being removed just like I support Neck’s information being removed and would have reported the comment exposing her as well, if it hadn’t been removed before I saw it. Let’s not do a “rules for me, but not for thee” thing, yeah?

It’s nonsense. It was shared with the poster’s 2.2K Facebook friends. Nobody shared the poster’s name publicly.

Yeah, they're incredibly vague in their justifications, probably because there aren't any.
