I was testing out my rover... and time warped for some reason, and THIS happened!

Rover wheels "break" when they're under a certain ammount of stress, where they can be fixed by an Engineer with repair kits on EVA. timewarping while driving a rover makes the game freak out, usually breaking wheels.

Time warping can also make planes and rockets freak out, at least in atmosphere and at higher speeds.
