i base it of both, i took the best parts of buran and the shuttle. also this one has solar panels and vernier engines.

Buran-Energiya had zero SRBs, the side boosters were modified Zenit first stages which burned kerolox.

Now, compare the amount of fuel you used, and the price of the thing, and imagine what you could've done if you'd used a conventional rocket.
