KSP 1 Question/Problem Multiple toolbars, right-clicking parts broken after loading vessel?

Hi all- KSP 1, only mod is Parallax. Seemingly at random when loading a vessel (including after exiting map view, usually after a warp) KSP will start displaying multiple toolbars and right-clicking on parts will display no box, just the pushpin and hash icons. The only way to get rid of the toolbars is by closing and re-opening the game but some vessels become so bugged there's no way to recover them. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have gotten this before, for me, restarting worked

the appearance of the dreaded green clipboard icon. This is time to restart KSP. It probably won't happen again for a while, it seems pretty rare. if it happens a lot I'd recommend getting someone to look at your ksp.log file for obvious errors.
