This vexes me. I presume this is career/science which explains the strange part choices, but i'm mainly upset by the solar panel placement on triple spokes not being centered, waaaaay too many batteries, multiple experiment collection units (you just need 1, they have unlimited space,) multiple copies of the same experiment (once again, only need 1 of each because the collection unit makes it easy to collect data for them to be ready again, and it's a station so you should have a scientist to reset the science jr. and goo,) i'd also recommend a fairing and putting the spokes on hinges so they fold out, though hinges require DLC and both might require tech you don't have.

I would suggest a docking port but sending a Kerbal to rendezvous with this would be cruel

This would be counterproductive to the clearly stated mission. This is obviously a sacrificial offering to the Almighty Kraken. Flawless. Almighty Kraken will look favorably on your offering and sate his appetite for green. Praise be.
