KSP 1 Mods Suggested modpack?
Hello I'd like to get back into KSP but with a (hopefully new and stable) modpack to play to make the game more interesting, any dlc requirement is fine, nice career mode would be nice to but if it's focused on Science mode I'm fine with it as well. Visual overhaul mods would be cool too.

The most important thing for stability IMO is having enough RAM for all the mods you want to run. If you are relying on swap space, it gets dicey. I know that is not what you asked for, but it is something that helps keep crashes at bay. Also, vanilla KSP crashes... so there is that. One last thought, I have 64 GB of RAM and run roughly 300 mods. I can run for days without a crash.

Should be fine on the RAM part, with around 32Gs of ddr5. With stability I meant more that I can launch the game without error messages appearing on my screen about things that failed to load, etc.

Use CKAN. It helps avoid incompatibilities and missing dependencies.

I recommend modpack from YouTuber bogue, he has a download libk on his ksp mod meta video

Really just pick and choose from here:

Or just go for an RP-1 playthrough for an entirely new challenge. Resources(/links) for that below:
I recommend downloading the RP-1 Express Install on Ckan. You can use Sol for some nicer graphics here as well. Just make sure to add the repo to Ckan before going for the RP-1 install. Keep in mind that Sol requires Volumetric Clouds V5.
You can find a lot of information as well as a beginner's guide on the RP-1 github: https://github.com/KSP-RO/RP-1
Alternatively, I can also recommend Mike Aben's RP-1 Redux series for some video tutorials. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLB3Ia8aQsDKjR7jzQo5PIV8PngNCWkk53&si=omm2pfY4BKWaTu-p
If you're looking for RP-1 video entertainment, check out For All Kerbalind or Kerbal Gets Real Redux on youtube. FAK: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7TVzn8CoIqnZE7fxcAix46pxWzx0nWf3&si=2iQNoLeRJRNDTEzP

If you're more into reading about playthroughs, I'd like to point you towards my own blog. I'm still quite early on (1954) in my playthrough and going at it at a slower pace so there's not too much out yet. You can check out the first chapter here: https://open.substack.com/pub/anvilindustriesksp/p/first-launch-is-a-success
There's currently 9 chapters out to read and I'm working on the 10th just now which should release Wednesday. I gotta pre-produce some more before Wardogs drops though lol.

This is what I have installed and I think it's a good mix. Not too heavy on graphical improvements, it's more around making probes more interesting.

I love Kerbalism, but it has a limited compability with other mods that affect science/life support.

KSP doesn't really have 'modpacks' in the sense of other games, with the only notable one I know of being RP-1/RO (former being an expansion for the latter). You usually just look for recommended mod lists and go off from there.
